Every enquiry has an owner,
a deadline and a next action.
Sayl connects lead capture, sales, WhatsApp, email, social and support into one system. Not ten tools that sync — one path, from the ad someone taps to the invoice they pay.

One continuous path
Watch one stranger become a customer.
Nine steps, four different parties, and one record. Select any step — this is the real sequence, not a simplified version of it.
0109Your customer
Someone taps your Instagram ad at 9:41pm
A click-to-WhatsApp ad, or the same link on an organic post. Meta hands over a referral naming exactly what they tapped.
- The referral names the post as often as it names a paid ad. Attribution keyed only to ads would misfile most real arrivals.
Every step here is owned by a product. See which one does what.
The platform
Twelve products, grouped by the job they do.
Each has its own workflow diagram, its own screens and its own list of things it deliberately does not do. Two are still being built, and say so on the card.
Revenue
Everything between a stranger tapping an ad and money arriving.
Engagement
The channels you reach people on, run properly rather than blasted.
Operations
Who may do what, who answers first, and what the software may do alone.
The actual screens
This is what you would be working in.
Six screens from across the platform. They cycle on their own; click any tab to take over.

Every lead carries its source, its owner and how long it has left to be answered.
How we build
Software you can check on.
Most business software is trusted because it is confident. These four rules are why this one can be trusted because it is inspectable.
See how it fits togetherAutomation that shows its working
When the software changes a status, it records which person's action caused it and previews the change before you commit. Automation that edits data silently is indistinguishable from a bug the first time somebody notices.
The decisions stay yours
Nothing auto-converts a lead, auto-wins a deal or sends a campaign on your behalf. A conversion is a claim about the real world, and money in a forecast is not something a rule should be allowed to invent.
Limits, written down
Every product page carries a section on what it will not do — the upstream API constraints, the bounces we cannot see, the features that are roadmap rather than shipped. You will find them before you buy rather than after.
Numbers that refuse to flatter
A comparison period is matched by length, not by calendar. A change from zero shows no percentage at all. An SLA nobody set reads as unmeasured, never as met.
Ready when you are
Tell us where it currently breaks.
Not which features you want — where the process actually fails. The lead nobody called, the quote that took three days, the campaign nobody could measure.
- Goes straight into Sayl as a real lead
- Matched against anyone we already know, by email and phone
- Kept as a record, not a notification someone might miss
