Pricing

Three packages, scoped against what you switch on.

Packages are quoted against what you actually switch on. We would rather scope it with you than publish a number that turns out to be wrong for your team.

True of every plan

The commercial terms nobody puts on a pricing page.

These are the questions that get asked on the third call. Here they are on the first.

Your data leaves when you do

Export is part of the product, not a retention lever. Contacts, leads, deals, quotes and reports all export to CSV or Excel while you are a customer and on the way out.

No charge for people who only read

Pricing should not make you think twice about giving a manager visibility of their own team. Ask us how a read-only seat is counted before you assume the worst.

Message costs are Meta's, not ours

WhatsApp conversation charges are set by Meta and billed on usage. We show you what was actually used rather than estimating a cost we do not control.

The limits are published

Every product page lists what that module deliberately does not do. Nothing on the roadmap is sold to you as though it shipped.

Questions

Before you ask

Why are there no prices on this page?

Because the packages are still being finalised, and a number published today that turns out to be wrong for your team is worse than a conversation. Ask and you will get a straight answer on the same call.

Do we have to buy the whole platform?

No. Most teams start with the CRM or with WhatsApp and grow into the rest. The products share one record, so adding one later does not mean a migration.

What does WhatsApp cost on top?

Meta charges per conversation, and those rates are Meta's. The platform reports your actual usage rather than a modelled estimate, so what you see is what was really sent.

Is there a contract minimum?

That is part of the scoping conversation, and it depends on whether you need migration and onboarding support. Ask directly — you will not get a runaround.

Ready when you are

Get a number, on the call.

Tell us the team size and which products you would actually switch on, and you will get a real figure rather than a follow-up email promising one.
