CRM & Lead Management
The lead never waits for someone to notice it.
An enquiry arrives from an ad, a form or a WhatsApp message, gets matched against everyone you already know, lands on one person's name with a response deadline attached, and moves stage only when a real outcome says it should.

Ad click to customer
Follow one enquiry through the whole system.
This is the actual path, in order, with the handoffs shown where they happen. Select any step to see what the software does at that moment.
0107Meta
Someone sees your campaign and taps through
A Facebook or Instagram click-to-WhatsApp ad, an organic post carrying the same link, a lead form on your site, or a phone call typed in by hand. Every path is stamped with where it came from.
Happens on /social in the product
- Meta sends a referral payload naming the ad or post that was tapped — and it is a post as often as it is a paid ad, so attribution keyed only on ads would misfile most real arrivals.
- Source is resolved by a stable key, never by display name, so renaming a campaign cannot break capture.
In the product
What you get, and why it is there.
Form builder with a public URL
Build a capture form in the browser, publish it at its own address, embed it anywhere. Per-form IP blocking keeps a single abusive source out without closing the form.
Explainable lead scoring
A deterministic score you can read the reasoning for, never a model. The same facts always produce the same score, and the score can be argued with.
Duplicate review, not silent merging
Candidates are surfaced for a human to confirm. Owner-and-admin only, because merging two customers is not an undo-able mistake.
Conversations attached to unconverted leads
WhatsApp and email threads are matched to a lead by phone or email even before conversion, so the history is there on the first call rather than after it.
Everything writes to the timeline
Automatic status changes name the rep whose action caused them. The lead's history is an audit trail, not a last-modified date.
Import without wrecking your data
CSV and Excel import runs full duplicate detection and stamps an import source, so a spreadsheet upload cannot quietly double your database.
Where each step actually happens
These are real screens in the product, not stages in a diagram. You can be looking at every one of them on day one.

What this does not do
Every one of these is a real constraint — some ours, some the upstream platform's. They are on this page so you find them now rather than after you have paid.
Nothing converts itself
Deals are never auto-won or auto-lost and leads never auto-convert. Both are deliberate: a deal is money in a forecast, and a conversion is a claim about the real world.
An SLA you did not set is not a passed SLA
Leads with no response deadline show as unmeasured rather than green. A dashboard that reports 100% SLA compliance because nobody configured a target is worse than no dashboard.
Questions
Before you ask
What happens when the same person enquires three times?
You get one lead with three enquiry events on it, matched by normalised email or phone. Status, owner and source stay as they were on the first touch.
Can leads be assigned by territory or product line?
Yes. Distribution rules are ordered and match on the fields carried by the lead, including its source, with round-robin, least-busy or a specific person as the strategy.
Do WhatsApp enquiries get treated differently from web leads?
No, and that is the point. A click-to-WhatsApp lead goes through the same deduplication, the same routing rules and the same SLA clock as a form submission.
