Reporting & Analytics

Numbers you can argue with, because you can see where they came from.

Every stage change, message, assignment and outcome is written as an event when it happens. The reports are queries over those events — which is why they reconcile with the records rather than approximating them.

How a number gets made

From a rep clicking a button to a figure on a board.

Reporting goes wrong in the gap between what happened and what got recorded. This is how that gap is closed.

Who does what:SaylYour team

The action is recorded as it happens

A stage change, an assignment, a completed follow-up, a delivered message. Each writes an event naming the actor and the moment.

  • Automatic changes record the person whose action triggered them, not the system — otherwise every automated move is attributed to nobody.

In the product

What you get, and why it is there.

Integration health, not fake uptime

The system view reports what can actually be checked — connection state, sync results, delivery outcomes — rather than a green light that means nothing.

Twelve log surfaces

Activity, messages, deliveries, permissions, integrations. When a figure is disputed, the log that produced it is one click away.

Attribution that survives renaming

Sources are keyed, not named, so a campaign rename does not silently split a report into two rows.

Charts built on a validated palette

The categorical palette is ordered for colour-vision safety, and the ordering is the mechanism — series colours are never cycled or reshuffled per chart.

Scoped to what you may see

Aggregates obey the same visibility rules as lists. A manager's dashboard totals their own tree, because a number can leak a record just as effectively as a row can.

Per-channel reporting

WhatsApp, email and social each report their own delivery and engagement, alongside the shared sales funnel.

Where each step actually happens

These are real screens in the product, not stages in a diagram. You can be looking at every one of them on day one.

What this does not do

Every one of these is a real constraint — some ours, some the upstream platform's. They are on this page so you find them now rather than after you have paid.

One dashboard per channel today

WhatsApp, email and sales each have their own reporting. A single unified cross-channel dashboard is on the roadmap and is not shipping today; we would rather say so than show you a mock-up of one.

Ready when you are

Bring a real example — an enquiry that got lost, a quote that took three days, a campaign nobody could measure. We will walk it through the actual product.
