Integrations & Platform
Connect once, in one place, and see whether it is actually working.
Meta, Google, your SMTP provider and the rest are configured from a single catalogue-driven screen — with credentials stored write-only and encrypted, and a health view that reports what can genuinely be checked.

Stored credentials are encrypted and never returned to the interface. You can replace one; you cannot read one back.
Connect to confidence
How a connection is made and kept honest.
An integrations page that only ever shows green is a decoration. This one is built to be able to say no.

Every available connection in one list
The hub renders from a catalogue, so adding a new integration adds a card rather than a new settings page in a different corner of the app.

In the product
What you get, and why it is there.
Meta: WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram
One business connection powering messaging, publishing and click-to-WhatsApp attribution.
Google Meet links
Meeting links generated from a shared account, with ownership held in the CRM rather than in one employee's calendar.
Email providers
SMTP accounts today, with the sending layer written so a provider API can be added without rewriting campaigns.
Signed public media URLs
Where an upstream API insists on fetching a file rather than receiving it, media is exposed through a signed, expiring URL rather than a public folder.
Structural tenant isolation
Every integration callback must echo the workspace it was issued for, and is matched on both. Isolation is a property of the protocol, not a filter somebody remembered to add.
Inert until configured
An unconfigured integration is switched off rather than half-working. Features that depend on it say what is missing.
Where each step actually happens
These are real screens in the product, not stages in a diagram. You can be looking at every one of them on day one.

Questions
Before you ask
Is there a public API?
Not yet. A public REST API with API keys is planned and is not shipping today. We would rather list it as roadmap than publish documentation for something you cannot call.

Ready when you are
See Integrations running on your own process.
Bring a real example — an enquiry that got lost, a quote that took three days, a campaign nobody could measure. We will walk it through the actual product.
