Social Publishing

The post that produced the lead is named on the lead.

Write once, publish to your Facebook Pages and Instagram business accounts, and the same content becomes an answer your chatbot can give — so when someone taps through and asks about the offer, the reply already knows what the offer was.

Post to attributed lead

Publishing is only half of it. Attribution is the half that pays.

Most social tools stop at 'posted'. The interesting part is what happens when somebody taps the link.

One composer, several destinations

Write the post, attach media, choose which Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts it goes to, and publish now or on a schedule.

In the product

What you get, and why it is there.

Scheduling with a safe claim

The scheduler marks a post as publishing before it calls Meta, so a slow response cannot produce a duplicate post.

Compose-and-paste fallback

Where the API cannot post — a personal profile, a personal Instagram account — you compose here and post it yourself, then paste the link back. Attribution and the knowledge article then work identically.

Capability check before you write

The composer tells you what your connected accounts can and cannot do before you spend twenty minutes on a post that cannot be published.

Per-post performance

Which posts produced conversations, and which produced leads, rather than which produced impressions.

Where each step actually happens

What this does not do

Every one of these is a real constraint — some ours, some the upstream platform's. They are on this page so you find them now rather than after you have paid.

Meta will not let anyone post to a personal profile

No tool can publish to a personal Facebook profile or a personal Instagram account through the API — those endpoints do not exist. Business Pages and Instagram business or creator accounts work; for anything else the composer gives you a paste-back path.

Instagram has real constraints

No text-only posts, captions do not make links clickable, and Meta fetches your image from a public URL rather than accepting an upload. Organic posts also cannot carry a real call-to-action button — those are an ads feature — so the WhatsApp link is appended to the caption.
