Sales Pipeline, Quotes & Invoices

From qualified lead to signed invoice, without retyping anything.

A qualified lead becomes an opportunity on a board, the opportunity becomes a versioned quote, and an accepted quote becomes a draft invoice whose total matches the quote to the paisa.

Pipeline to paid

The commercial half of the journey.

Where the CRM tracks attention, this tracks money — so the rules are stricter. Select a step to see what the software will and will not let you do.

A qualified lead becomes a deal with a value and a stage

Configurable pipeline stages on a kanban board. Every stage change is recorded with who moved it and when.

Happens on /pipeline in the product

  • Stage history is kept, so a deal that bounced between Proposal and Negotiation three times looks different from one that walked straight through.

In the product

What you get, and why it is there.

Configurable stages

The board matches how your team actually sells, including the stage probabilities that drive the weighted forecast.

Quote templates

Start from a saved set of lines and terms rather than an empty document, so the fiftieth quote takes as long as it should.

Won and lost with reasons

Closing a deal records why. Loss reasons are what turn a pipeline report into something worth reading.

Meetings on a real calendar

Month grid and agenda, Monday-first, built from local date parts — an evening appointment stays on the day it was booked rather than sliding into tomorrow.

Invoices, including uploads

Raise them here or upload existing documents. Money is held in minor units end to end, with one documented conversion at the invoice API boundary.

Activity timeline per deal

Calls, meetings, notes and quotes on one thread, merged at read time, so the deal history reads in order regardless of which module wrote it.

Where each step actually happens

These are real screens in the product, not stages in a diagram. You can be looking at every one of them on day one.

Straight answers

What this does not do

Every one of these is a real constraint — some ours, some the upstream platform's. They are on this page so you find them now rather than after you have paid.

A sent quote is not editable

This frustrates people for about a week and then saves them. The customer has a PDF; the record has to match the PDF. Changes create a version.

Questions

Before you ask

Does the quote total always match the invoice total?

Yes, and it is tested at the boundary. Quotes hold money in minor units; the invoice API presents major units; the conversion is exact and covered by an end-to-end test that walks capture through to reporting.

Can we send a quote after it expires?

An expired quote can still be accepted. Expiry is information for your team, not a door slammed on a customer who replied on Monday about a quote that lapsed on Sunday.

Bring a real example — an enquiry that got lost, a quote that took three days, a campaign nobody could measure. We will walk it through the actual product.
